Agitatori per l’industria cartaria
L’elica e tutti i componenti strutturali sono costruiti in acciaio inox aisi 304, a richiesta in aisi 316 mentre per l’albero viene utilizzato acciaio inox aisi 410 con bussola sinterizzata estraibile nella zona della tenuta.
Una cosa importante consiste nel sapere che tutte le tenute sono a baderna con anello di flussaggio completamente estraibile dall’esterno.
Questa particolare esecuzione dell’agitatore permette di eseguire le operazioni di manutenzione senza svuotare il serbatoio e impiegare tempo per rimuovere tutta l’attrezzatura.
Parlando ancora di manutenzione e rapidità si puo’ aggiungere inoltre che tutti i supporti dell’albero, a rulli orientabili, sono esterni e oltre a far risparmiare tempo come già scritto sui costi di manutenzione questo accorgimento favorisce una maggiore longevità…
Parlando di misure, l’agitatore ad elica è costruito in cinque grandezze corrispondenti al diametro dell’elica : 600, 750, 900, 1250 e 1500, il tutto azionato da un motore elettrico che trasmette il moto all’albero dell’elica tramite due pulegge (una motrice e una condotta) e cinghie trapezoidali.
L’agitatore ad elica viene di solito fornito completo di riparo fisso, costituito da una griglia metallica fissata mezzo viti per impedire l’accesso all’albero da parte dell’elica e ai relativi supporti.
Come ultima cosa ricordiamo che l’agitatore funziona solo quando il serbatoio contiene del fluido ed è buona regola avvalersi di tecnici professionisti sia per l’installazione che per la manutenzione.
